MATCHA ENERGY BALLS

Ingredients:

  • 4 dates soaked and drained
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 50g organic dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbs Matcha Ninja
  • 1/4 cup your choice of nuts or seeds
  1. Pulse dates in a food processor or blender until they’re in small pieces or it forms a ball
  2. Add oats, nuts & coconut and pulse or mix until combined. You want there to be consistently small pieces but not overly processed
  3. Poor the mixture into a mixing bowl
  4. Add melted chocolate, 1 1/2 tbs Matcha Ninja and cinnamon. Mix together with your hands until all ingredients are combined
  5. Roll into 1-inch balls
  6. For an added matcha flavour and extra green colour, roll the balls in the leftover 1/2 tbs of Matcha Ninja
  7. To set, place in the fridge for 3 hours
